Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to help you declutter your mind, relieve tension and stress, reduce fatigue, and improve focus and concentration. Rather than performing physical movements, Yoga Nidra allows you to simply “be” so you can relax and gain self-awareness. You’ll be guided through a seven-step practice, including setting an intention for the session, a scan of the body’s 18 vital points, and passive observation. Many people feel 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to three hours of sleep.

Balance for Seniors 50+

One out of every three adults over the age of 65 falls each year, resulting in approximately 250,000 hip fractures, 25,000 deaths, and countless hours of pain and limited mobility. Blending education and exercise, our Balance for Seniors 50+ class will show you why the risk of falling increases with age, how to improve your balance, and how to make your living environment safer. All classes are customized according to the needs and abilities of the participants.

We offer private sessions and small group Balance for Seniors 50+ classes at your location. We also would welcome the opportunity to offer classes at your senior center, community center, YMCA, assisted living residence, fitness center, or any other facility that caters to seniors.

For Busy Professionals

Our Yoga Nidra for Busy Professionals class can be practiced from a seated position and completed in as little as five minutes, making it perfect for even the most hectic workplace.
